Day 12 – Amarillo to Santa Fe

Today was quite an adventure. Never done any offroading on my Harley before, but this trip has been all about firsts, so why not! I visited my friends Nick and Laurel at their amazing home outside of Santa Fe. Nick warned me that it was 7 miles of dirt roads, but I wasn’t quite prepared for how rough parts of it was going to be.

As with most things in life, when you stretch yourself a bit beyond your comfort zone, it’s always worth it. My time with Nick and Laurel was one of the highlights of the trip.
