Labor Day Weekend

Traci and I spent Labor Day weekend up at our friends’ cabin on Puget Sound, which their family has called “Beach Place” since the 70’s.  It is a gift from our friends to even be able to go to this  amazing spot.  It’s perfection – right on the water in a great stretch of cool beach houses.

On Saturday we had a wedding to attend in Seattle.  We drove 30 minutes up to Bremerton and hopped the ferry over to Seattle (a 60 min trip).

After about 45 minutes on the Ferry, Seattle comes into view:

You park your car down below.  When the ferry docks, you drive off and you’re downtown Seattle.

  1. Looks beautiful…an uncle of mine, now deceased, lived in Port Angeles,(N. of Bremerton).
I went to see him several years ago and drove Hwy 101. Glad you both had a good time.

    Love you both…hugs,

  2. Hey Robert, It looks like you and Tracy are living a beautiful life. We’re still checking on you & missing you. Now this old Pagan’s off to read Jeremiah 29:11 to see what your Pa’s talking about. <3
